Returns and complaints


Returns:


The customer has the right to return the goods intact.

On the other hand, liquids, bases, aromas and similar substances are not returnable for the sake of customer safety.

The maximum time for a refund is 30 days plus 14 days for delivery.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Complaints:

The warranty covers batteries.

The warranty does not apply to consumables such as heaters, atomizers,

the exceptions are leaks or damages caused irrespective of the customer or use.

We recommend that you attach a photo of the fault to your message, this will speed up the handling process.

We respond to requests within 14 days of receiving the information.

All further procedures depend on the store's decision, all messages will be sent electronically.
